Activities: Build AI-powered features inside digital products (chatbots, copilots, automations, summarization, classification, creative generation, etc.). Integrate with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Cohere), embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval layers. Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent workflows. Work closely with backend, frontend, and data teams to embed AI into real-world user experiences. Participate in client discovery to identify AI opportunities aligned with business outcomes. In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills English proficiency 3–6+ years of experience in Software Engineering (backend or full-stack). Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. Experience integrating GenAI into production systems. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with AI development tools: Orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar) Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma or similar) LLMs services (OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs) Observability (Langfuse or similar) Ability to design prompts, tool schemas, and agent workflows. Solid knowledge of SQL databases and caching technologies such as Redis, plus experience with asynchronous architectures. Applicants must live in Brazil and have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$) Nice to Have: Knowledge of fine-tuning, distillation, or implementing lightweight local inference (but not mandatory). Deep, practical experience with AI/ML systems (e.g., LLMs, recommender systems, datadriven architectures). Experience with cloud infrastructure for AI workloads.
