Activities: Implement end-to-end modern data architectures for scalability, performance, and AI-readiness. Define data modeling strategies (conceptual, logical, and physical) across multiple systems and domains. Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt). Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows for ingestion, transformation, and analytics. Define and promote data governance, quality, and security standards. Collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to align data strategies with business goals. Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best practices for scalable data infrastructure. Stay ahead of industry trends in data engineering, AI integration, and cloud-native data platforms. In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering roles. Proven expertise with modern data stack technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and workflow orchestration. Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Redshift). Experience defining data strategies and architectures for enterprise or AI-driven products. Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work directly with clients in a consultative setting. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Nice to Have: Certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or dbt. Experience leading data modernization or AI integration initiatives. Knowledge of distributed data systems (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake).
